Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using the OpenClaude platform.
Balance and Payment
OpenClaude balance is used for eligible services on the platform. Balance is added to this account after payment is confirmed. Unless required by law or explicitly stated, completed balance purchases are not freely reversible.
Acceptable Use
You must follow applicable laws and platform rules. Do not abuse, attack, disrupt, or use the service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Service Changes
The platform may adjust features, pricing, available models, or service rules due to product iteration, maintenance, third-party changes, or compliance requirements. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not responsible beyond a reasonable scope for losses caused by force majeure, third-party outages, network failures, user misconfiguration, or causes outside platform control.
